Due to the size of the business and the one off nature of the product, we are not able to issue refunds unless an item is faulty or grossly mis-advertised. 
Any major flaws will be listed within the product description and I would invite customers to contact us for further information prior to purchase. 
We ship all UK orders using Hermes track and signed for. Please ensure you give a phone number  where this is possible so you don't miss your delivery.
