Due to the size of the business and the one off nature of the product, we are not able to process refunds. However if you are unhappy with your order you may return it within 7 days of receiving it, in exchange for another product or store credit only. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and we'd suggest sending any returns recorded to ensure delivery. The item must be returned unworn and with all original tags.
Any major flaws will be listed within the product description and I would invite customers to contact us for further information prior to purchase.
We ship all UK orders using Hermes track and signed for. Please ensure you give a phone number where this is possible so you don't miss your delivery.
